- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>3</sub> cup (40 g) bread flour
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>3</sub> cup (66 g) sugar
- <sup>1</sup>⁄<sub>2</sub> tsp. kosher salt
- 4 Tbsp. (57 g) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces and softened
- 2 Tbsp. (53 g) olive oil, plus more for bowl
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp. finely grated orange or lemon zest
- 3 Tbsp. (40 g) sugar, optional
