- 400g (13oz) of Fish (frozen works great to)
- 1 Onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 pepper, different colours, deseeded and sliced
- 400g can chopped Tomatoes
- 2 oranges, rind and juice
- 1 tsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Dried Mixed Herbs (a Bay Leaf, Thyme and Basil work well)
- Parsley to finish.
