Mains - Italian Braised Short Beef Ribs

Ingredients

• 4 Large meaty Beef short ribs
• to cover Water
• 2 Onions med chopped
• 2 Carrot peeled & grated
• 400 g Chopped tin tomatoes
• 250 ml Red wine
• 2 Celery sticks finely chopped
• 4 Garlic cloves finely chopped
• 2 tbsp Tomato puree
• 20 g Fresh flat-leaf parsley chopped
• 2 Bay leaves
• 2 Fresh rosemary sprigs
• 2 tsp Dried oregano
• 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
• 1 tsp Fresh ground black pepper
• 4 tbsp Olive oil
