South of the Border Fiesta Burger topped with a Fresh Tomato Cilantro Chutney and Avacodo Mayonnaise

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
• 1 t chilli powder
• 1 t cumin
• 1 t salt
• 3 T chopped garlic
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 3 T Sutter Home Chardonnay
• 1 cup dry, plain breadcrumbs
• 1 small chiptole chili, in sauce, minced
• 1 small onion, minced
• 2 large, ripe tomatoes, chopped
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 T chopped garlic
• Juice of one lime
• salt and pepper to taste
• 3 ripe avacodos, smashed
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 t cumin
• 1/2 t lime juice
• 6 slices pepper jack cheese
• 6 Onion Kaiser Rolls
• Shrdded Iceberg Lettuce
