Ingredients
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil ( I use coconut oil)
- 4 eggs
- 3 to 5 cups of grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- Sunflower seeds are optional
- 2 tsp vanilla
