Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons @purespice_sa ginger garlic
- 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red masala
- Lemon 🍋 juice
- 2 big spoons mayo
- ½ tin Tomato 🍅 puree
- 1 cup sour milk
- ½ cup thick yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons crushed chillies
- 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
- 3 liquidised tomatoes 🍅
- Add in marinated chicken
- Add in ¾ cup fresh cream
- Add in fried potatoes 🥔
- Sprinkle ghee (Clarified butter) and fried onions 🌰
