Almond Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

• 5 cups diced cooked chicken breast meat
• 3 tbsp chopped onion
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 4 cups cooked rice
• ½ cup plain yoghurt
• 1 can sliced water chestnuts
• 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
• 1½ cups sliced almonds
• 2 cups chicken stock
• 1 cup chopped celery
• ¾ tablespoon white pepper
• 1 cup butter
• 1 tbsp salt
• 3 cups cornflakes
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
