Pot Stickers | Mark Waltrip

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup dried shitake mushrooms
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 lb ground pork
• 1/2 cup minced fresh garlic chives
• 1 tablespoon light soy
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 2 teaspoons rice wine
• 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, finely minced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
• 45 thin round wonton wrappers
• 2 tablespoons canola oil
• 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
• Ginger-soy dipping sauce (see recipe under sauces)
