• 1 tbsp liquid honey
• 1 tbsp butter
• 125 g ricotta
• 2 red onions
• 1 garlic cloves
• 300 g king oyster mushrooms
• 1 dl balsamic vinegar
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 300 g spaghetti
• 6 sprig thyme
• 3 dl porcini stock
• 1 tsp salt
• salt and pepper to taste
• 7 ½ dl Italian red wine
