Sausage and Spinach Stuffed Pasta Shells – Lilydale®

Ingredients

• 4 Lilydale ® Mild Italian Turkey Sausages , casings removed
• 1/2 onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 box (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
• 1 tub (475 g) ricotta cheese
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) each grated Asiago and Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh parsley
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh basil
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
• 20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked according to package directions
• 1 jar (680 mL) pasta sauce
• 2 cups (500 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese
