Ingredients

• For the Meatballs:
• 25g Galbani Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
• 1 Onion, grated
• 1 Garlic Clove, crushed
• 400g Beef Mince
• 500g fresh Breadcrumbs
• 3tbsp Milk
• 1 small bunch of Parsley, finely chopped
• Seasoning
• 2tbsp Olive Oil
• For the Tomato Sauce:
• 1tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
• 2g tins of Chopped Tomatoes
• For the Pasta:
• 350g Penne Pasta
• 250g Galbani Mozzarella Cucina
