Heirloom Tomato Pie Recipe – Tomato Bliss

Ingredients

• 1 whole wheat pie crust, frozen
• 1 heirloom tomato, thinly sliced
• 1 TBSP of olive oil
• 1 onion, sliced thinly
• 1 cup of Tomato Bliss Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes
• 1 1/2 cups of Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup of basil, chopped finely
• 1/2 cup of dill, chopped finely
• 2 TBSP of lemon juice
• 2 TBSP of mayonnaise
• 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded chives, finely chopped, for garnish
