Chocolate summer berry tart

Ingredients

• Chocolate pastry
• 225 g (about 1.5 cups) plain flour
• 1/2 cup icing sugar
• 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp ground almonds
• 2 heaped tbsp cocoa
• 190 g cold butter, diced
• 1 large egg yolk
• Filling and topping
• 100 ml cream
• 150 g mascarpone
• 2 heaped tbsp crème fraîche
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 cups mixed fresh berries – raspberries, strawberries and blueberries
• Edible flowers, to garnish
• Icing sugar, for dusting
