Ingredients

• 1 lb fresh spinach rinsed and dried
• 1 12 oz jar nopalitos rinsed well
• 1 small red onion sliced into thin rings and separated
• 10 radishes thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup grated asadero or mozzarella cheese
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp cider vinegar
• 2 tbsp crushed red chile
• 1 tsp dried oregano, Mexican preferred
• 1 tsp dried marjoram
• 1 clove garlic, minced
