Ingredients

• 200 g Chicken Thigh (boneless)
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• White Pepper
• Cake Flour or All Purpose Flour
• Olive Oil
• 100 g Carrot
• 100 g Onion
• 100 g Lotus Root
• 100 g Taro (satoimo)
• 100 g Turnip (substitute: daikon radish)
• 50 g Celery Stalk
• 3 tbsp White Wine
• 200 ml Water
• Salt
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 Garlic Clove (sliced)
• 1/4 Onion (sliced)
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 300 g Mushroom (3 types, ex. maitake, shiitake, shimeji, enoki or king oyster mushrooms)
• 2 tbsp Cake Flour or All Purpose Flour
• 250-300 ml Milk
• Parsley Leaves (chopped)
