• 1/4 ts Mace
• 1 tb Chopped fresh thyme leaves
• 1 lb Cottage cheese
• 1 lb Hoop, pot or ricotta cheese
• 1 lb Mozzarella cheese, grated -or shredded
• 6 Eggs; lightly beaten
