- 30 g cranberry sauce
- 500 g puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 65 g butter
- 60 g plain flour
- 300 ml hot turkey stock
- 300 ml double cream
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
