• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 red onion, finely chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 400 g (14 oz) tin chopped tomatoes
• 1 tbsp tomato purée
• 2 tsp capers, roughly chopped
• 50 ml (2 fl oz) water
• 1 tsp caster sugar
• 350 g (12 oz) mixed seafood, mussels, squid, prawns
• 2 tsp Basil
• 275 g (10 oz) spaghetti, cooked according to pack instructions
• Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
