• 350 ml Milk
• 150 g Butter
• 500 g White bread flour
• 200 g Tate & Lyle Caster Sugar
• 7 g Fast-action dried yeast
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
• 1 Egg
