- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 4 cups apples, peeled, cored, and chopped up
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 cup raisins
