• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup All Vegetable Shortening
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/4 cups Robin Hood ® Original All Purpose Flour
• 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup milk
• 1 1/4 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 green onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp finely chopped jalopeño pepper
