Ingredients

• 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
• 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 medium lemon, half juiced and half sliced thinly
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 10 oz zucchini, cut into half moons (3/8 inch thick)
• 1/2 large onion, sliced into thin half moons (1/4 inch thick)
• 1 cup carrots, sliced thinly (1/4 inch thick)
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• 2 tablespoons fresh chives
