Asian-style Green Onion Pancakes with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup soya sauce
• 1/2 cup Rice vinegar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 teaspoon sesame oil
• few pinches crushed chili flakes
• 1 small garlic clove minced
• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cups chicken or vegetable broth or chicken stock
• 2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 bunch green onions trimmed, washed, dried and sliced
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
