Lentil soup 02 recipe

Ingredients

• Lemon juice
• Chopped parsley or coriander
• 0.25-0.5 tsp Ground cumin
• 0.5 tsp Coarse salt
• 1 Chopped onion
• 1 clove Garlic
• 125 g Red lentils
• 20 g Butter
• 6 dl Vegetable stock (or possibly 3.5 dl water and 2.5 dl tomato juice)
