• 1 tsp blend of Italian herbs
• Black pepper and salt, as needed
• Optional: pinch of chili flakes
• 1/2 cup of broth (beef)
• 1/2 cup of cream, heavy
• 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped (use for topping)
