Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup crushed Birthday Cake Oreo cookies (about 15-17 cookies)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk (or substitute, see note below)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 5 Birthday Cake Oreos, crushed
