Ingredients

• 1 (500 ) skirt steak
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil, divided
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) jazzy
• 2 tsps (10 ml) kosher salt, divided plus more to taste
• 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• 12 oz (375 g) green beans
• 2 cups (500 ml) grape tomatoes
• 2 yellow bell peppers seeded cut into 1-inch (2 1/2-cm) wide strips
• 1 large shallot thinly sliced
• 3 tbsps (45 ml) cornstarch
• Canola oil for frying
• 1 head red leaf lettuce chopped
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp (5 ml) Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp (5 ml) kosher salt
• Freshly ground black pepper to taste
