Latina Fresh | Fettucine Bake

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus extra for greasing
• 2 (375g) packs Latina™ Fresh Classic Egg Fettuccine
• 1/2 red capsicum, deseeded and diced
• 1 stalk celery, diced
• 1/2 medium brown onion, diced
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 500g lean beef mince
• 425g Latina™ Fresh Italian Style Tomato & Garlic Sauce
• 170g tomato paste
• 4 Swiss brown mushrooms, sliced
• 250g grated cheese blend (we used Cheddar, mozzarella and Parmesan)
• 4 large eggs
• 150ml full cream milk
• Salt, for seasoning
• Freshly ground black pepper, for seasoning
• Fresh sage leaves, lightly fried, to garnish (optional)
