• 5 lbs Pork butt, cut into large cubes
• Cornstarch
• 2 White potatoes, cut into large cubes
• 2 Carrots, large diced
• 2 stalks Celery, large diced
• 1/2 White onion, diced
• 1/2 bag Frozen Brussels sprouts
• 1 Apple, cut into large cubes
• 4 cups Apple cider
• 4 oz Butter
• 1 tsp Ground sage
• 1 tsp Savory herb
• 3 cups Chicken broth
• 1/2 cup Beef broth
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
