• 2 cups flour
• 3/4 cups cocoa
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup dark rum
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 box of instant chocolate pudding (3 1/2 oz)
• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• Rum Syrup:
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 tbsp rum
