• 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon Filippo Berio Mild & Light Olive Oil, divided
• 1 cup packed light brown sugar
• 2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
• 1 tablespoon Filippo Berio Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 cup semisweet or bittersweet chocolate morsels
