Lynn's Recipes - Ganache Covered Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

• 1-1/2 cups crushed Biscoff Cookies (about 27 cookies) - these can be found at WalGreens, WalMart or I found them at my local grocery store, Publix
• 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
• 6 tablespoons melted butter
• 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 8 ounces heavy whipping cream
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
