Ingredients

• 1 (28 oz) can tomato puree
• 1/4 cup Amore Tomato Paste
• 2 tbsp Amore Garlic Paste
• 2 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
• 1 10-oz package button mushrooms, halved or quartered if large
• 4 lb bone-in chicken breasts, legs, and thighs
• salt and pepper
• 1 tsp Amore Herb Paste
