DKML is Founders Brewing Co’s fourth barrel-aged release and since we missed out on KBS this year, I wasn’t going to miss the opportunity to try this. This is malt-liquor.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 of cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 8 tablespoons of butter (2 for flambéing)
- 3/4 cups of sugar
- 2 bananas (flambéd and mashed)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of buttermilk
- 14 fluid ounces of DKML Malt Liquor
