• 5-7 lb beef rump roast
• 3 beef bouillion cubes
• 1 tsp thyme
• 4 drops tobasco sauce
• 2Tbs worchestershire sauce
• 1 lg. bell pepper chopped
• 2-3 cups water
• 1 tsp. marjoram
• 1 tsp. oregano
• salt & pepper
• 3 garlic cloves , crushed
