Ingredients

• 900 gms Fish (white, boneless)
• 1 tsp Chaat Masala
• 2 tbsp Cream
• 1 Egg White
• 3 Eggs (beaten)
• 1 tsp Garam Masala
• 2 1/2 tbsp Garlic Paste
• 2 1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste
• 3 tbsp Gram Flour
• 1 tsp Green Chillies (chopped)
• 2 tsp Green Coriander (chopped)
• 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 2/3 tsp Mace Powder
• 1 cup Oil for Frying
• 1/2 tsp Saffron
• Salt: to taste
• 3 drops Vetivier
• 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
• 1 1/3 tsp Yellow Chilli Powder
• 4 tbsp Sesame Seeds
