Ingredients

• 1 packet of whole roasted clams 1000g
• 2 tbsp Chorio extra virgin olive oil
• 4 tbsp Ardo chives shallot
• 1 tbsp Ardo garlic diced
• 1 tsp Maldon sea salt
• ½ tsp Maldon pepper
• 1 tsp Epic fish seasoning 75g
• 1 glass of Kyperunda Petritis white wine
• 1 packet Agnesi linguini 500g
• 1 tbsp Ardo Parsley
