Ingredients

  • Cashew nuts are rich in calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and folic acid. They help to improve vitality and are great for your teeth and gums.
  • Blueberries are rich in anti-oxidants, Vit C and beta-carotene. They are a blood cleanser, improves circulation and benefits our eyesight.
  • Figs are rich in calcium, phosphorous, potassium, beta-carotene and Vit C. They can act as a laxative, restorative, increase vitality, clears toxins and one of the highest sources of (plant) calcium.
  • Raspberries are also rich in calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium and Vit C. They help to expel mucous, phlegm, toxins, excellent for the female reproductive health and menstrual cramps.
  • 1-1/2 cup rice (soaked in whey or filtered water with a pinch of seaweed salt overnight) Or you can also use quinoa
  • 1-1/2 cup cashews (soaked overnight in whey or filtered water with a pinch of seaweed salt overnight) OR you can use coconut cream, yoghurt or kefir.
  • 2 tbsp raw honey, pure maple syrup or Maleo
  • Fresh seasonal fruits (I used organic berries and figs)
