• 450g minced meat
• 2 large tomatoes
• 1 egg
• 4 garlic cloves
• 1 onion
• 20g breadcrumbs
• 20 g of parmesan
• 1 mozarella
• Basilic leaves
• 30ml milk
• 2 tbsp. olive oil
• 4 tbsp. tomato sauce
• 1 C. tablespoon tomato puree
• 1 C. parsley
• 1 C. tablespoons dried oregano
