Pork Tenderloin Recipe Stuffed with Italian Sausage

Ingredients

• One 500 g pork tenderloin
• 2 leek whites, finely chopped
• 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
• Olive oil
• The meat of 3 Italian sausages (mild or hot)
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) cream cheese
• 1/2 tsp (2,5 ml) Italian seasoning
• Salt and pepper from the mill
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) grainy mustard
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
