Steak Turkish Platter recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• 1kg rump steak cut into chunky cubes. Wash and drain.
• 4 tablespoons double cream yogurt
• 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_foods
• Ginger garlic masala
• 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food steak and chops masala
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Shan tandoori masala
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon fine red chillies
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
