• 1 pound Ground turkey
• 1 Red bell pepper chopped
• 1 Yellow bell pepper chopped
• 1 Onion chopped
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 teaspoon Pepper
• 1 tablespoon Taco seasoning
• 28 ounce Diced tomatoes Drained
• 2 cups Spanish rice
• 1 can Black beans Drained
• 1 can Corn Drained
• Salsa
• Quacamole
• Shredded cheese
• Queso
• Cilantro
• 2 cloves Garlic minced
• Chips (blue corn are great!)
