Ingredients

• 1 large carrots, grated
• 2 spring onion stems, finely sliced
• ¼ head of red cabbage, thinly sliced
• 70g snow peas, topped, tailed & thinly sliced
• 2 Bartlett Pears, unripened
• ½ cup coriander, loosely packed, roughly chopped
• 3 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• Juice of ½ lime
• 2 tsp honey
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds
