Mains - Chinese Spare Ribs

Ingredients

• 2000 g Pork rib racks cut in 1/2 trimmed & de-sinew
• 4 tbsp Hosin sauce
• 2 tbsp Chinese or Thai sweet chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp Runny honey
• 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Rice wine or dark sherry
• 1 tsp Fresh ginger grated
• 1 tsp Garlic clove grated
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Rice wine vinegar
• 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice powder
