The Italian Pizza Burger - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
• 4 ounces button mushrooms, sliced
• 2 tablespoons Sutter Home Pinot Grigio
• 1½ pound lean ground beef
• ½ pound Sausage (from a 1 pound roll)
• 2/3 cup Traditional Marinara Sauce
• 2 tablespoons Italian Bread Crumbs
• ½ teaspoon garlic salt
• ½ teaspoonSeasoning Salt
• ½ teaspoon Garlic & Herb Seasoning
• Vegetable Oil for brushing grill rack
• 6 thin slices fresh mozzarella, approximately 4 inches in diameter
• 6 English Muffins, split into top and bottom
• 2 thin slices red onion, separated into rings
• 6 green pepper rings, thinly sliced
• 6 large tomato slices, about 1/4 inch thick
