Chocolate Budino with Caramel and Cocoa Nibs | Heinen's Grocery Store
This is my rendition of a chocolate budino. Start with quality chocolate, top with a thin layer of caramel sauce, a sprinkle of sea salt & a few cocoa nibs.
Ingredients
- 7 ounces bittersweet chocolate (60 to 70 percent cacao), coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 ounces milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 6 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
