• 1 c pinto beans, pre-cooked (optional)
• 3 tbsp margarine
• 3 tbsp flour
• 2 tsp chili powder
• 1/4 tsp ground cumin
• 1/4 tsp ground oregano
• 1 tsp seasoned salt
• 1/2 c condensed tomato soup
• 1 3/4 c water
• hot peppers, chopped
