• 3 cloves garlic , minced
• 1 medium onion , diced
• 1 yellow pepper, diced
• 1 orange pepper, diced
• 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
• 1 to 2 ounces cream cheese
• 1/4 cup milk or cream
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
• 1 bunch fresh chives , chopped
