Ingredients

• 1/2 pound Italian sausage
• 1 1/4 cups diced fresh mushrooms
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup water
• 2 cans Red Gold® Canned Crushed Tomatoes 15 oz
• OR
• 1 can Red Gold® Canned Crushed Tomatoes 28 oz
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 can Red Gold Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano 14.5 oz
• 1 cup sliced pepperoni, chopped
• 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, for garnish
