• 1 pound Pork sausage or ground beef
• 15 ounce Red kidney beans drained
• 1 cup Celery chopped
• 1 large Onion chopped
• 1/2 cup Sweet red pepper chopped
• 2 Jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped
• 14 1/2 ounce Tomatoes chopped
• 10 ounce Mexican style tomatoes chopped
• 1 cup Vegetable juice
• 6 ounce Tomato paste
• 3 cloves Garlic minced
• 4 teaspoon Chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin
• 2 ounce Cheddar cheese shredded
• 1/3 cup Sour cream
